The warriors came out ready to play against conference opponent, Manistee. Within the first few minutes, the warriors found themselves in great scoring opportunities. Sydney Betten (Sr.) found the crossbar within 2 minutes of the match. It would take only 50 seconds for Kaiya Betten (So.) to find Sydney for a beautiful strike overtop of the keeper to put WMC on the board. More scoring chances presented itself as the warriors were relentless. WMC would net their second goal after link play with the Betten sisters to find Brooklyn Watts (So.) with 25 on the clock. Sydney would net another goal, another chipped shot over the keeper, from a pass from Ally Oppenhuizen (Jr.). The first half scoring would conclude with Sydney finding Brooklyn for a 1 on 1 with the keeper.

Second half, the warriors appeared to succumb to the newfound intensity from the chippewas and struggled to dominate the half as they did before. Sydney, again, would find herself with a great left-foot strike that skimmed off the crossbar and out in the first 30 seconds. From there, a few chances were created from the warriors but appeared difficult with not being able to control possession cleanly. With 14 minutes left in the half, Hallie Lindale (Fr.) would find Sydney Betten for another chipped shot over the keeper to finish the scoring on the night.

Sydney Betten had an amazing showing with a hat-trick (the first on the season) and two great assists. She now leads the team with 7 goals and 3 assists. Watts would put a pair of goals in and sits with 5 goals and 4 assists. Ally Oppenhuizen would add an assist tonight and also sits at 5 goals and 4 assists this season.

Libby Mast (Sr.) posted for her 7th shutout on the year and made 3 saves. Melia Medendorp (Fr.) would also see some time defending the goal.
